Base

Tools4Boards Structure sandpaper is ideal for re-establishing linear base structure pattern when wrapped around a scraper and drawn down the base from tip to tail. May be used to de-burr and polish metal edges and plastic edge offset (sidewall) when wrapped around a file, or to de-tune (slightly dull) the edges at tip and tail to reduce erratic handling. Use hand-held to scuff areas around scratches or gouges in base for better Ptex adhesion. Sharpen plexi scrapers when placed on a flat surface under Tools4Boards SWITCH RIG, SWITCH CUT or SWITCH 0°+7° Scraper Sharpener & Sidewall Trimmer. 

Includes 5 pcs Structure sandpaper. Select 5 pcs 100 Grit Medium, 5 pcs 180 Grit Fine, 5 pcs 320 Grit Extra Fine or Combi (2 pcs 100 Grit Medium + 3 pcs 180 Grit Fine).

• 100 Grit Medium used to apply structure to base, ideal for warm snow conditions or as the first grit for sanding of edges, sidewall or sharpening plexi scrapers in progression from Medium to X-Fine.

• 180 Grit Fine grit used to apply structure to base, ideal for most snow conditions or as the second to last grit for sanding of edges, sidewall, or sharpening plexi scrapers in progression from Medium to X-Fine.

• 320 Grit Extra Fine grit used to apply structure to base ideal for cold snow conditions or for final sanding of edges, sidewall or sharpening plexi scrapers using multiple grits in progression from Medium to X-Fine.
