ORB 8 Way All in 1 Edger with Puck PC and Norton Blaze® ceramic. Handy pocket size ski & snowboard edge tuner does it all. Patented design provides 8 individual simple and accurate bevel angles: 7° for trimming sidewall; 1°, 2° and 3° (89°, 88° and 87°) for sharpening and beveling side edge; .5°, .75°, 1° and °1.5° for sharpening and beveling base edge. Interchangeable Puck PC discs snap-fit into ORB and are infinitely rotatable to use entire disc surface. Compatible with Puck PC Norton Blaze® ceramic, KGS Swiss Diamond® and Vallorbe Swiss® file replacement discs, each sold separately. 2) Puck PC Ceramic: Norton Blaze® ceramic sheet mounted on an exceptionally flat injection-molded polycarbonate disc. Perfect for sanding down plastic sidewall to expose just enough metal side edge for filing, removing hardening from edges caused by hitting rocks or grinding machines, establishing edge geometry and sharpening edges. Norton Blaze® is a self-sharpening ceramic alumina (Seeded Gel–SG) grain that cuts faster and lasts up to 200% longer than standard abrasives. The supersize layer and strong backing provides aggressive cutting action, maximum performance and advanced cooling.
