- Tools4Boards branded precision milled Vallorbe Swiss® Race File 22 x 40mm, 13 Z/cm is ideal for quickly establishing edge geometry and sharpness and typically used as a second disc after removing hardening from edges caused by hitting rocks or grinding machines with Puck PC Ceramic.

Vallorbe Swiss® Race File Mini 22 x 40mm, 17 TPI. Swiss-made icecut® file is exceptionally hard, sharp and flat. Used to efficiently reset ski or snowboard edge geometry. Teeth are precision milled into an incredibly hard special steel. Very little pressure is required with long, continuous strokes. Lasts 10x longer than a typical high carbon steel file. KGS Swiss Diamond® 200 grit coarse is typically used as a second stone in progression from x-coarse to x-fine. KGS Swiss Diamond® provides the polishing and de-burring ability of a stone combined with the cutting ability of a file. Unique diamond cluster pattern lasts longer than conventional diamond sheet. Puck PC may be snap-fit into ORB or RING tools and infinitely rotated to adjust angle of file teeth or use the entire diamond surface for optimized cutting efficiency, hand-held or fastened to any file guide using a spring clamp.
