- The original wool rollers introduced in 2011 are the result of extensive testing for several seasons with top level athletes on the Italian cross country ski team.
- Natural merino wool micro-fibers are proven to penetrate deeper into the base structure to remove more residual wax than bristles and provide superior wax distribution across the base.
- Ideal for liquid wax application polyester roller is used for spreading the wax followed by merino wool for final base buffing and polishing.
- Merino wool rollers are ideal for cold application of hard waxes without using an iron. Simply apply wax to roller by rubbing against wool for a few seconds with a drill speed around 1500 rpm, then using light pressure with the same 1500 rpm speed brush back and forth around one foot at a time down the length of the base from tip to tail (2-3 passes).
